Bek Jargalsaikhan

Bek is an engineer who builds voice AI agents that run in production. He's currently at NewCoreLab, building a multi-tenant platform for home services businesses: voice orchestration on VAPI, RAG-backed retrieval, CRM integrations, and an eval harness for prompt reliability, with the STT/LLM/TTS pipeline tuned to ~465ms end to end. That sits on seven years of senior full-stack work, most recently 3.5 years at Arc XP (Washington Post), a B2B SaaS publishing platform that serves thousands of newsrooms and reaches nearly two billion readers a month. He writes here about software engineering, AI systems, and what he learns building products.
